Supports absolute/relative quantification, genotyping (endpoint & melting curve), high-resolution melting (HRM), gene expression, and multiplex assays. Compatible with SYBR Green, hydrolysis probes (TaqMan), HybProbe, SimpleProbe, and most common dyes. Excellent well-to-well uniformity, high sensitivity (single-copy detection), and wide dynamic range (up to 10¹⁰ copies). User-swappable blocks without recalibration. Ideal for research, diagnostics support, and high-throughput labs.
