Features a high-precision 96-well Peltier block with gradient capability, 4-color optical detection via fixed fiber optics and CCD camera, and fast run times (<40 min for standard 40-cycle PCR). Ideal for gene expression, genotyping, HRM, and multiplex qPCR applications. Standalone touchscreen operation with intuitive software.
