These terms apply to purchases on labequipx.com, run by Lab Equipx, 17R1, 120 Feet Road, Sambakulam, Madurai 625007, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and condition
- Every listing shows the instrument’s condition: New, Refurbished, Used, tested or For parts. Please read the condition, description and photos before ordering, and ask us if anything is unclear.
- Pre-owned instruments show normal signs of use. “For parts” items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to work.
- Many items are single units. If an item is no longer available after you order, we will tell you and refund any payment you have made.
Prices and GST
- Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and do not include GST. GST is added as applicable.
- Shipping charges are not included in the price. We confirm them with you by phone before dispatch. See our Shipping policy.
Orders and payment
- We contact you to confirm your order and the shipping charge before dispatch.
- You can pay by Cash on Delivery, or by direct bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. For bank transfers, we dispatch after the payment reaches our account.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted only if the instrument does not work during installation. New instruments come with a limited warranty that varies by instrument; pre-owned instruments have no warranty. Full details are on our Returns & warranty page.
Using the instruments
Instruments should be installed and used by trained staff, following the manufacturer’s instructions and your lab’s safety rules.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of samples, data or business.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
